After a horrible experience with Home Depot, I was so, so happy to walk into Pearson's and be helped by such accessible, flexible and knowledgeable staff! There is a price for good customer service and with Pearson's it is worth every penny. They will be my go to for all future appliance needs!

Purchased high end washer and dryer set for over 3k. 3.5 months in, washer stops spinning clothes correctly. Contacted Pearsons and was told it would be over 3 weeks before a GE repairman could come out. I thought I would receive better service from a small store, but NO! Worse service than Lowes. Never again.

The sales person was great. Their installation program is horrible. It’s outdated, they expect customers to wait four hours (half a day) for them…. No one is that important. I’ve been a General Contractor for over 20 years. I would never do that to a customer. Their time is just as important as mine. You give them a 1 hour window. If you’re running behind, text them. I would never use Pearsons again for myself or any of my clients home.
