Just spoke to them and explained my issues. Was told not to try and get it fixed because the manufacturer doesnt make parts anymore to not put a ton into trying to fix it. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to not charge me money knowing it is a lost cause. Really restores my faith in humanity.

WOW, What great service and courtesy. They called to let us know when they were on the way, when the part was arriving, when he would be back, etc. Cleaned everything and lubed all moving parts while he had appliance apart. Hooked up and checked everything for leaks, even the exhaust hose. Saved us money by checking other things like belts to make sure they were ok. I would recommend these folks to everyone...a 10 plus......AAA+++ Bill
