I had an extremely negative experience on the phone with one of the sales associates here today. I was calling with some basic questions about products they carry, and he insisted on talking over me, too quickly for me to keep up, and when I tried asking him questions and to slow down, he rudely hung up the phone. It is rare you have such unpleasant reactions with people. I will not be using them for my purchase needs.

I have been a long-time client of Bay Cities. But this was very disappointing behavior. I went to Bay Cities to replace my refrigerator drawers Upon providing you with the make and model of our Subzero refrigerator drawer, Maribel Martinez recommended an alternative brand. Trusting her expertise, we proceeded with the recommended alternative brand refrigerator drawers, assuming that the necessary measurements and specifications had been thoroughly considered. Regrettably, upon delivery, the drawers did not fit our space and were deemed un-installable by the installer they did not fit in the space. The installer took it back to Bay Cities, but then Bay Cities turned around and said that they couldn’t take it back because he had been installed and the box was open, so we had to resell it on consignment?! They refused to refund the $2515.30 purchase! It was not installed as it didn’t fit in the space, and we were not informed that this was a "special ordered merchandise" situation or that it was a non-refundable order! That is highly unusual for a fridge in today's market! As customers, we relied on Bay Cities expertise to compare the specs for the two refrigerator drawers and trusted their guidance when we placed the order

Mary is a Customer Service Professional that truly goes above and beyond to assist customers! Bay Cities was my 6th call today for a Water Filtering Systems for 3 units in our commercial kitchen, yet Mary was the only representative that I spoke with that was patient, answered my questions and took the time to guide me to and through the information that I needed to have an initial understanding of what types of systems we would need for 3 different units and not attempt to convince me that the only way to get what we needed done was through our mainline. I'm extremely satisfied and hopeful to do more business with Bay Cities as this is not the only restaurant kitchen that I manage, in need of new systems. I was also very happy to know that Jack, the Manager I spoke with was absolutely pleasant and professional as well. Bay Cities is definitely a business to use and return to if you're looking for professionalism that ALSO cares about what you really need and making sure you get it! KUDOS!!!

Gorgeous showroom! Very good customer service and install crew...I love the new beverage cooler and wine fridge they helped me pick out. We always entertain and need extra space for all the beverages we buy -- left side for the kids, right side for the adults. =) Thank you so much Bay Cities, will be back when I build my outdoor kitchen
