Save More Appliance

We shopped around for a Bosch over range microwave and found it at Save More Appliance and at a huge savings!! We scheduled installation which was separate. Bill, the installer, was very professional. He picked it up and did a fast and efficient job! He cleaned up and made sure all was working to our satisfaction. He hauled old microwave. We couldn’t have been more happy! Highly recommend.

Be careful of your purchases from this company. I purchased a French door Samsung high end refrigerator and I now I’m having problems with it. I contacted Samsung and I was told it was refurbished and they will not repair it because it is refurbished and they will not warranty the repair. Save More never told me it was refurbished. BEWARE! Purchased were 3 appliances, Samsung refrigerator and dishwasher and Smeg stove. Location was on Pullman and south of Dyer

I'm not sure what I just experienced. For almost 2 months I have been talking to a guy named "Brad" through OfferUp. He quoted me prices on several Cafe appliances. He reassured me that they are new, in-box, and just last night told me that one of them was in stock that I could come take a look at. I drove an hour to this place today, and the first place was on Dryer road by Floor & decor. I met Ray Senior, super nice guy with an adorable bulldog. I told him I was looking for Brad and Ray, and he sent me to the main street location. At that location, I ran into two other employees that said they don't know Brad, and Ray is not available. And that they do not sell new appliances and what you see is what you get. I asked to speak with Ray, who Brad reported had been giving me prices all along. The first guy just walked away. I said I don't understand why I have been quoted all of these prices and drive an hour here and then you tell me none of this is what I was told. I asked him if this was a scam. He said how can it be a scam if you haven't paid any money yet? I guess he's right about that, but it certainly is some weird false advertising going on. Basically, this place is a more broken down version of American freight, although they did have some high end appliances. I really don't quite know what has been going on for the last few months, and I was hoping for a better experience. You might find some good deals here, but stay away from their ads on OfferUp

Went there and they have a ridiculous amount of stock, not sure how they are more known. I asked them and apparently they lost all the reviews in Google for a mistake while verifying the account. Well, let me tell you this, they might not be super tech savvy but their prices are super good, haven't seen anything getting even close. Also they were very responsive. I wonder if this is some sort of a trade secret for contractors! What a find!!
