Direct Appliance

I had a horrible bed and went into Direct Appliance just looking for better... but the mattress I found was perfect. Brandon explained all the different types and helped me find the perfect one. I just had my mattress dropped off at my home and it is wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helpful; perfect experience.

Direct Appliance is a great place to get your appliances. They go above and beyond to help you get the right appliances for your needs. Eddie handled our delivery and was on top of everything. Plus was on time and out of there super quick but thorough.

Technician was insanely helpful. Helped guide us through the process of contacting LG to possibly have them send someone out for a warranty repair. He’s very well informed and had a great personality.

Went in needing a fridge in a hurry, the staff was super nice and helpful. I got a great deal and my fridge was in my kitchen within 6 hrs of purchase 🙌🏻 we didn’t loose any food. It was my first time there and it was a great experience, I’ll definitely be back next time I need to replace an appliance!
