Cherin’s is the best for appliances! They carry brands that the big box stores don’t have and their staff are wonderfully knowledgeable to help you figure out the solution you need. Appreciation also to their delivery crew (Juan and colleague) who were timely, knowledgeable about the install, and who navigated a lot of stairs.

Absolutely horrific service. Juan gave us half an hour notice before arriving for a delivery. Was never told the date beforehand. When he arrived, I told my disabled relative to do their best to come downstairs, but he called again angrily and told us that he would leave if no one could meet him in the next minute. When I tried explaining the situation, he hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous.

I recently discovered a tiny pinhole leak in the refrigerant line of my Samsung fridge. I needed to replace the fridge immediately. I've worked with Cherin's before so I walked in and explained my situation. I met Alex and he could not have been more helpful and professional. He's very transparent with pricing and the performance of the different selections that they have. He took the time to analyze the measurements of what I needed and compared it to some compatible models. He recommended a GE fridge that suited my needs. Since I needed it immediately, he set it up for pick up and I went over with my truck and a friend to get it. Everything went smoothly and the fridge fits perfectly. I am so thankful to Alex and his team. This was a no hassle experience and the customer service I received was heads and toes above any big box appliance store.
