Our washer died and so we contacted Howard’s where we purchased the washer, but it went out of business. So by good fortune we found Dewey’s because everything went very smoothly. No high pressure, just forthright information and past experience options. The delivery and installation fellows were great as well. I would definitely go back there again. Life doesn’t need drama and unpleasant surprises from an appliance purchase and dealer, just straight forward good, reliable service. All is well.

I was scrounging to replace a kitchen suite that were bought at Howard’s (went out of business abruptly. I called Dewey’s, spoke to Oscar - explained my situation and my search ended within 24 hours. He listened very well , went over my needs , carefully and involved the store owner Alex . Oscar was very polite, professional, excellent product knowledge, responsive and worked hard to create a nice package. The following day after receiving the initial quote , I walked in at the store, to finalize the sale. Everyone were very friendly and welcoming. Scott assisted me and I met Alex in person who was very professional and accommodating. I am very thankful to Dewey’s appliances . The entire staff provided personal excellent service with a smile, high end product selection and price. I highly recommend Dewey’s Appliances! It was a phenomenal buying experience.
