We purchased our refrigerator from Daniel’s Appliances, and it has been a complete disappointment. The refrigerator began leaking water soon after purchase, and despite reporting it multiple times, the issue was never fixed. The light inside also stopped working due to a short circuit. The water leak filled the fruit and vegetable bins, destroying and molding all of our food, and now water leaks from the bottom even with one-third of the refrigerator removed. We spoke directly to the owner, Honor, who stated we could exchange the refrigerator for a different appliance. However, when we arrived, all the prices on refrigerators and other appliances had been raised. When we asked for a refund, he refused, even though the refrigerator is still under warranty. Very unprofessional and dishonest experience. You’ve already sent someone out to repair. You cannot fix the refrigerator that has electrical issues and that is leaking water. After offering an exchange and going up there with a mandated reporter and noticing that the prices was raised, I’m now seeking The $350 payment for the refrigerator instead of the $300 that I asked in return for something that is not safe or usable. I should not be submitted to keeping any refrigerators Or any other appliances due to the condition that you sold this appliance in and there’s not even any serial numbers or anything to identify what type of refrigerator this is or what year was made in. I’ve contacted you and ask you about that you told me where to locate them where they should be and they are not I’ve even sent you pictures, sir. Please don’t make it an issue. You’re the one that saw the refrigerator that has electrical problems, and that leaks. And destroyed my food good thing no one was electrocuted. And I didn’t expect for the refrigerator to be born there shorter than me and I’m 6 feet tall. When I called you, I informed you of my disability and let you know that I was unable to come in and I was going to send my daughter. you knew ahead of time what I was looking for and that’s what you gave my daughter. Would you want someone to do your child that way?

Terrible! Total lack of integrity and professionalism…horrible inventory that shines on the outside and appears to function properly temporarily! Improper parts/refrigerant used, causing food to go bad and over $1000 in wasted funds! I was knowingly sold a faulty refrigerator with the WRONG refrigerant in it! The fridge is supposedly only about 3 yrs old…After TWO service call NO SHOW’S/NO CALL, one of which was the SATURDAY when I had plans with my daughter who was visiting from out of town and I cancelled our plans for the desperately needed service call, and total lack of customer consideration and common decency I’m DONE!!! I’ve been extremely patient and gave them SEVERAL opportunities to make things right…now on to the next step! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Do not use this company!! Very Unhappy and Upset. I have used this company for many years all has always been good until a couple of days ago. I had them out to fix dryer asked if he could install part for ice maker all BAD. He broke part off my new part also cut a water line on the ice maker. He left telling me he was returning next day with parts to fix the ice maker The company never returned to fix my ice make. Will not answer phone or text. Very unhappy customer. This is going to cost me alot of money to fix that this company caused. I was not charge for this bad service going to cost me alot of money and financial hardship to fix.
