Buyer beware.
I ordered a 48" stove hood in September of 2025 for a kitchen renovation. The hood arrived and we visually examined it to ensure it was in good condition, but otherwise didn't do anything with it because we had contracted for he install as part of our renovation.
When my contractor unpacked it to install it, he noted that the company's documentation both on the website and in the literature that came with the product were incorrect. They state the wrong dimensions for the product. They are SUBSTANTIALLY different from the actual size.
I reached out to this company over a week ago to request assistance with getting the correct size part for the stove. No one responded, despite multiple follow-ups.
I reached out via phone today.
First, I was told everyone in the company was "on break." Then, told that the email I sent (via the support web form on their website directing the email for me). Then, told that they would call me back when they came back from break. No one called me back. I called them again. The person I spoke with earlier answered the phone, but claimed to be someone different. He put me on hold. Someone else picked up after a lengthy hold said "what do you need?" After claiming to have read the email I sent, which outlined clearly what the issue was, and the solution I requested (a new, properly sized part). He proceeded to tell me that because I had ordered a range hood that was 48" wide, and they sent me a range hood that was 48" wide, there was no problem. "What do you want us to do about it?" He asked. At this point I had enough and requested a refund, because they had fundamentally misrepresented the size of their product. They refused.
EDITED TO ADD: When they stated this issue was not their problem, we asked them to take the product back and refund, but they refused this as well. At no point did we say we wanted to keep the improperly sized product.
Abysmal customer service and also misrepresenting the conversation along with the product.
