Renee (spelling?) answered the phone on the second ring at FedEx 5191 Fermi Dr and owned my issue immediately. Took my # and went to find my delayed shipment. Called me in 10 minutes and had it ready! Emily helped put them in my car. Easy Peasy! Great service!

Horrible delivery service drivers!! I work from home but constantly get a notification late in the evening that my package was undeliverable due to no one being home. When I know Im expecting a package delivery I purposely do not run any errands on my lunch for that reason. These drivers are lazy and one even told me "Its about God Damn Time you're home, I've been trying to deliver this package for a week". Caught that on my ring camera if they need proof. Very disrespectful 😒

It’s 10am on a Tuesday and the door is locked and no one is around to help. This location is a waste of time!
