Albert was amazing. He came out installed the dishwasher. Remove the old one. He was also very detailed oriented made sure that the area was super clean and explained how to operate and maintain the dishwasher. He went above and beyond and I hope that more employees are like him. He is gold status as far as customer service and engagement with the customer. He was awesome.

So many great things about B&B but most impressive might be the professionalism and expertise of the installers. We got a oven + microwave that they made fit so seamlessly into the existing cabinetry that you would never have known it was replaced. Definitely worth paying them to install rather than a giant retailer’s subcontractors
