Called this place an a tech came out sane day said it was the motherboard or door switch. He said he would check the shop to see if he had the switch an let me know by same day or next day, we waited an no response. I've now called numerous times for a follow up an a week has passed an NO follow up despite talking to the female an older male an texting the tech. I like to give local businesses my money but At this point we will be buying a new washer and won't be using them again. Wasted a week an tons of energy with bad customer service. *UPDATE* They followed up and put in a new door switch in two mins and the washer works like New! Will call again if needed.

I personally went to their location to tell them what kind of service I needed, I gave them my info; address and number. I was told that someone will go the next day and that they will give me a call beforehand. Next day came and no one called or showed up, I gave them days. I called them and was told that someone will come the next day and they didn't. Called them again and same, I was told that they will send their tech but nothing AGAIN. I called them for the third time and no answer left them a voicemail and no call back. I did 4 attempts and no service was provided. Bad bad bad service right there, could've just been straight up with me instead of just lying that someone was going to come wasting my time waiting for someone to show up when they had no intention of even coming.

They came to check my dryer and claimed the motherboard was the part that stopped working. The guy said it wasn’t worth fixing. He said the part was very expensive and that our best option was to buy another dryer, since replacing the part would cost almost the same amount if not more. He quickly offered a dryer he had for sale at the store. We told him we would go once we had the money to buy a new dryer. The diagnose he gave us didn’t add up. He said the motherboard wasn’t working, which was a complete lie. Luckily my husband made time out his busy schedule to take a look at it and it turns out it was the DOOR SWITCH! Let’s say we would of bought the dryer from them, get it delivered. They would have to take our old “useless” dryer, would have fixed it and sale it at their store. That’s how they get all their used inventory, by being dishonest to their customers. Just a heads up people, so it won’t happen to any of you.
