Sun Cities Appliance

This used to be Sun Cities Appliance and they changed the name......BEWARE!!! They buy used appliances at an auction and tell you they have what you want stored in a "warehouse". I wanted a refrigerator, it lasted 2 months. Freon leaked out, they came and refilled freon (for a fee)....lasted 2 months then same thing. I paid $900 for a fridge that requires freon every 2 months? They then told me it was out of warranty. I trashed it and bought one from Home Depot. This place is a scam, hence name change.

I am a long time, Customer of Sun cities and have bought dozens of appliances there over the years for my property management business. They have recently undergone and ownership change. Jason has breathe new excitement into the store. improvement is evident from the minute you walk in. Clean and reorganized with quality used appliances on the floor that you can choose from Upgrade! Looking forward to growing more business with this fantastic store.

I bought a maytag washer from this place and paid $300 for this washer They delivered it and went to wash my first load and it did not work then I continue to call them and let them know that it was broken. They sent a service Guy over to come and fix it Which he stated it needed to be replaced so they brought me another one which that one was broken as well so I called them again to let them know that this second washer they gave me was broken so then they replaced it with another one which is this is the third one and it worked for a little bit Then that one broke by then I had no more warranty so now a broken washer sits in my storage. They are very horrible services .

They deserve negative stars. I’ve used them many years ago and was happy with my experience. I went there and bought a washer and dryer. Had to wait almost a week for delivery, no problem. I had them only for a few days and the washer started making this horrendous noise. I called them, they came out to look at it, were supposed to come back the next day with parts to fix it. Didn’t come back, didn’t call. I called them and it was one BS excuse after another. Finally a week later and I still have a washer and dryer I can’t use, I told them they had til Friday to come get it as I was getting a new set delivered. They did finally come on Friday 2/28 to get them. Now I’ve been begging them for my money back. Got tired of calling and asking and decided to dispute it with my credit union. Still can’t get my money back. They picked them up 6 weeks ago and I’m just out the money with nothing to show for it. Run away! Don’t give them your money!
