I recently went to one of the other well known larger TV and appliance chains (on account of convenience from their later hours) and I was left with a headache as only half of my order was delivered. Furthermore the store had no clue as to where the remainder of my delivery had gone or even if it had been received from the distributor). When I called to inquire why only half of my order was delivered I was told that nobody at the store could help me and to wait for the salesman to call me back. I had already paid in full for the product and yet I was having to track down why my deliver was wrong. A mistake I won’t make again.
I’ve been a customer of Best Home for more than 20 years. Terry, Alan and Randy are knowledgeable and can answer any and all questions I’ve had with regards to my appliance needs.
When I called Best Home, Terry was able to answer any questions/concerns I had. Equally impressive he would not accept any payment until my appliances were delivered to the store despite my insistence. And when only 1 of my 2 subzeros were shipped to the store Terry notified me of the situation and had already been in touch with the distributor to ensure this would not impact my build project.
Make no mistake, this is not a hole in the wall appliance store. Best home has been able to locate any and everything I’ve asked them for from my Meile dishwasher, subzero refrigerators, Evo flat top griddle etc.
