Our Speed Queen washer and dryer were delivered, and when the two delivery gentlemen unboxed the washer, they discovered it had been damaged at the factory. They were incredibly professional and immediately assured us that the machine would be replaced. Unfortunately, they were unaware that this particular model was in short supply and unavailable in the warehouse inventory. That's when Mike Luther, our appliance specialist, stepped in. Mike had already helped us select every appliance for our new construction lake home, and once again he exceeded our expectations. When it seemed impossible to find a replacement, Mike went above and beyond to locate a brand-new matching washer. He worked tirelessly to secure the machine and ensured it was delivered before our move-in date. Without Mike’s extraordinary effort, we would have been relying on a laundromat for several weeks. His dedication, persistence, and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. We had a fridge that quit working while we were away and had all the contents spoil. We went to AllSouth Appliance. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted and asked how they could help us. They directed us to the correct area and we had an associate join us very quickly. Alexa Snow was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new fridge. She told me the delivery would be 8-10 days out. When I explained our situation of our fridge not working and all the food we lost she kicked it into high gear making several calls to the delivery department. Well I must say we were extremely impressed with this young lady. A few hours later I received a phone call from her and we completed the sale and we were put on the delivery for the next day! I received a call first thing in the morning asking if they could deliver in the morning. They were there within thirty minutes. Hugo did a wonderful job and went above and beyond with his customer service. The customer service I received from AllSouth Appliance in Birmingham Alabama rates a 5 star review. Check them out! We had another fantastic experience with Allsouth Appliance! We bought all of our appliances for our new house when it was built except the washer and dryer. Six months after moving in, right before Christmas, the 20 year old dryer finally died. Michelle Tew got me a quote within minutes of sending an email and we had a delivery scheduled by the end of the week. The installers, Eric Johnson and David Butkowski, arrived on time with everything needed to install. They were friendly and efficient, even checking the functionality of the appliances before leaving. I cannot say enough about this company- we will never buy an appliance from anyone else!
