Even though my 3 purchases were used,,,,, they look and work like new. They shot me straight,,, gave me a good deal,, and treated me like more of a friend than a mealticket.. J-Lo even talked me OUT of buying a dryer. She said run it till it dies,,,, then come see me again.. MUCH respect to these guys..

What a WONDERFUL store! JLOW (the original JLo, according to her) provides an immense amount of knowledge and guidance based off of our needs for a different washing machine. The customer service was truly spectacular! The rest of the crew was just as friendly and helpful! HIGHLY recommend you going in and seeing what they have to offer if you need a good, affordable replacement for your appliance needs!

JLo and her family know what it means to be hard works business owners who value customer service. We had a confusing situation on our hands with delivery to different locations with the purchase of our first home, change of plans, and they heard and successfully made it all happen. We landed the most beautiful Jenn-Air fridge and reasonably priced dryer. The process was effortless for us from buying, all the way to delivery. This family is well educated about these machines, and cares deeply about the community it serves. It brings such a sense of pride and joy to see and experience local small businesses who know what they are doing, and are exceptional about it. God bless Mid Rivers Appliance and may He continue to bless you all!

I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone! I was on a budget and got amazing deals on a French door fridge washer and dryer and delivered. JLo and her boys that delivered it all were so kind and helpful.
