We live nearby and honestly they're lovely people. Willing to strike a deal and as a repeat customer, we would absolutely go back. Our dishwasher crapped out, had a new one within 2 days for under $300, our dryer crapped out, new one within two days for under $600 And as a treat for myself, I wanted a larger fridge and it'll be here this week. After getting the appliances, no issues and would absolutely buy from them again.

I have bought a dryer I called several times customer service horrible. I was told on numerous occasions when they’ll be out to change out the dryer. Several weeks later they finally came out while I was at work the dryer didn’t work broke the outlet cover . I called horrible customer service/phone ethic. I would not recommend this place.

My experience with this business has been a Blessing. They are caring, professional and affordable. I was able to select a washer and dryer short notice , then they were able to deliver it to my home the same day within a hour. I will continue doing business with them for all my appliance needs. 90 day warranty and prices are affordable.

Hate to have to write this after patronizing them for years. This place has proved to be a very Poorly run establishment where workers will say anything to get a sale, not honor the warranties given on appliances, not answer the phone ever, not repair any faulty appliances sold that are still under warranty, not simply do what was promised. It’s really been a headache working with this company that recently sold me a washer and dryer that leak and don’t dry clothes, respectively.
