I keep coming back time after time for different appliances each time because I trust them, they stand by the warranty, and they are very good family people! Give them a try, because I need them to be successful because their knowledge and service is just so wonderful, I really don'twant to use anyone else for household appliances! First called the Ashland location… sales process was exceptional. Very responsive and no pressure. I was worried about delivery since I live in Churchill— but lo and behold they have a Highland Springs location. Same excellent sales process with no pressure. Very happy with the products and delivery/install was outstanding! (I was disappointed many times due to narrow steps and landing in Churchill homes.) Local “little” appliance store nearer me would have charged me 2x as much and 3x for delivery and setup. Don’t sleep on Appliance World! Will be my first choice next time I need to swap out my appliances.

I purchased a stove. The oven did not work. A guy came out and fixed it, it worked for 2wks. My husband called. We have not heard a thing from them. Try at your own risk. Ok, he did call back and is going to completely exchange it for another one. Ok, up date we called on a Thursday, they got back on Saturday. Today is Monday. they said we will get it Wednesday. I give a 2.5. I seriously doubt if anything positive comes from this. Im buying a new stove today. The clock works well. I got a better one the same day. My busband picked it up. So far so good. They do give a 90 day warranty. Im iffy on so use your on judgment

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! We had a fantastic experience with Appliance World after our dishwasher of nearly a decade finally ran its last cycle. From the moment we contacted them, the team was helpful, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. Our sales representative, Abdul Wakee, was an absolute pleasure. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk my husband and me through every detail as we selected a GE Café dishwasher for our home. There was no pressure - just clear explanations and genuine support to help us make the right decision. He was honest about the sale and the business, which meant a lot to us. What truly impressed us was the speed and coordination. Within just a few days of purchase, Appliance World arranged delivery from Richmond to Fredericksburg (about an hour away!), handled the installation, and removed our old dishwasher seamlessly. The delivery and installation team - Brendon and his partner - were phenomenal. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, and went above and beyond by showing us a corroded connector during installation and helping us replace it to avoid future issues. That level of care and transparency is deeply appreciated. Our family is incredibly grateful to the entire Appliance World team. This was hands-down one of the best appliance-buying experiences we’ve ever had, and we absolutely look forward to doing business with them again.
