I had a great experience at Appliance Sales & Service when my Bissell vacuum broke down. It's so much easier to talk to a real person than to deal with the manufacturer. Bissell's customer service made me feel incompetent, but the gentleman at Appliance Sales & Service listened to my issue and fixed it within a week! They took great care of my expensive vacuum, saving me hundreds of dollars. I'm very grateful for their expertise and service. Highly recommended!
