Preferred Appliance Sales and Repair LLC

I've been driving past this store for a really long time and when my refrigerator freezer from LG broke down the other day, my husband and I stopped in to see what kinds we could see there. We were waited on right away by Sandi and she helped us with a gorgeous GE side by side. Anyway, the two young men that brought and installed our new baby were really nice and polite and explained everything we need to know about operating our purchase. Kudos to everyone involved!! Great experience!

Seems like a great business..... However the delivery driver is out of control. While conducting business at the local salvage yard he became Irate with me and my employees because we had mistakenly blocked him from leaving and instead of asking us to move he decided making threats and get in my employees face cussing and swearing was a better option hopefully this guy is reprimanded because that's not a good look on the company I will be filing a police report on this matter so they are aware also

My husband and I were very impressed by the professionalism of everyone we interacted with. Our dryer stopped working and after trying unsuccessfully to reach other providers, we called Preferred Appliance Sales and Repair. The person I spoke with scheduled service for the next day (luckily that was one of the days they provide service in my area). I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call later to tell me that I was over charged for the service call and the amount had been refunded to my card. The repairman called 30 minutes prior to arriving and diagnosed and repaired my 9+ year old Samsung dryer. Needless to say, Preferred Appliance Sales and Repair has been added to our contacts should we need service in the future. We are very pleased with the service received.
