Came to diagnose my refrigerator that's not working, I had already told him previous technicians came and said it was a compressor issue but they were not following up, he charged me the $65 to "diagnose" the refrigerator, said he would follow up, and disappeared. So I guess the guy makes $65 an hour going around "diagnosing" appliance issues and then never actually doing any work? great business plan. Not the first one to do this either. So fed up with this.
