Pequannock Appliance Sales

We had been long time customers for years. We ordered new appliances from them for our kitchen renovation, we paid extra for installation. The installation had to wait a few months as our contractor was behind. Long story short, they delivered the appliances with missing parts which they did not install, in fact they broke the icemaker on the refrigerator. To add insult to injury the installers scored our brand new Hardwood floors because the feet, an essential part of any refrigerator were not put in. The following Saturday morning I received a very unpleasant phone call from John, the owner who yelled at me apparently because too much time elapsed between us paying for the installation and when it occurred an unreasonable and illogical opinion. He was less than professional, and so angry and confused about the circumstances of the situation that it left me with a definite negative opinion. We have now had to pay $700 for a repair service to diagnose the problems with the refrigerator, which parts were missing and then repair our refrigerator. Obviously, we are done with Pequannock Appliance. It's unfortunate, because they are right here in town but they couldn't be more difficult to deal with.

I needed to replace all my kitchen appliances and didn't want to go to a big box store as they outsource their delivery service and I've had horrible experiences with that. My neighbor ordered her washer and dryer from Pequannock Appliance and was pretty happy with the service so I gave them a shot. When I went to the store George was super helpful and I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were either less or close to big box stores. The delivery was stress free and the guys did a great job hooking everything up. Very happy with the whole experience!

Six weeks ago prior to the era of social distancing we purchased a dryer to replace a 15 year old worn out squealing gas dryer. We were very pleased with the service, pricing and products of Peaquannock Appliance. Little did we know that 6 weeks later and lots of stay at home cooking and dish washing, we would need to replace our dishwasher as well. John came through within a few days with a great dishwasher. We trusted him to pick our dishwasher and we were extremely impressed with its quality! Thank you! We highly recommend Peaquannock Appliance. Very reliable, on-time delivery and knowledgeable about appliances. I would definitely go back to them again for other appliances. Being a business owner I know how important good services, quality and a relationship is. We need to support small-businesses. I have refereed him two 4 neighbors and one that is looking to purchase in a few days a new Washer and Dryer.
