10/10 I had such a great experience. I walked inside, I picked out exactly which dryer I was looking for. Delivery next day, and the workers are extremely polite. I am very pleased also with the delivery process. They were in and out within 10 minutes. They connected everything, showed me that it was working properly, and were careful bringing the machine inside. Thank you for giving me an amazing experience, I will be returning for any appliances I may need!

Bad service walk-in walk out nobody there at the Greet you people at the counter ignore you. 5/1/2024: In response is very arrogant. Your employees seen me walk in. Paterson residents deserve better. Who cares if you can deliver used appliances without a warranty. Do better no excuses. Don't deserve one star.

Needed a last minute refrigerator part and they had it in stock at a great price. I was able to fix my fridge same day instead of waiting for a part to arrive online. They were very helpful and courteous as well.

**update 11/20/19: 1 year in and washer is still in great working and running great! I definitely recommend this place*** Ok so i got a washing machine there 3 months ago and it works great. They do not acknowledge you right away when you walk in and sometimes you have to go looking for help in the other repair room but prices are very fair and they deliver too! **Update: 6 months in and my washer is still running great!!!*** .

The worst service. The guy Ramon as an attitude. Does not seems he wants to sell anything and make believe he doesn't speak English but when you want to buy something he speaks English and understands.
