Fantastic. Stopped in a couple times, talked to both Joe and Patti about a new hood. Scott got it installed despite an off-center duct and it's perfect. Made the most aggressive seared beef I could think of and not a bit of smoke make it passed the hood without being deafening. Could not be happier

Joe and Patty are awesome. They actually KNOW ventilation! When looking at Ferguson & Best Buy there are a LOT of range hood vent options. Patty helped me narrow down exactly what I needed for my budget. Will definitely be coming back to them (even though we live 1.5 hours away)!

Amazing small business selling higher end appliances. No need to go anywhere else. Not only will Joe and Patti help you find the right thing, they will listen and treat you like family. Support after? My goodness they helped me and I believe joe would give you the shirt of his back if you needed it! A true one of a kind place...go in and see what it's all about.

I went in to buy a grill and Joe walked me through all the features and provided excellent service. If you're looking for the best customer service and not the big box experience this is the place to go. They stand behind the products they sell and are extremely helpful. I'll never buy an appliance anywhere else. They went above and beyond to help me get my grill setup and unexpectedly to me, the same day. They have a customer for life.
