The process of the purchase at Nino's itself went great. Christian was a huge help. Their delivery system through their "third party" on the other hand is very flimsy to say the least. On the day of the purchase I spoke to their delivery man about establishing installation and hauling away the old appliances as well as establishing rates. On arrival he acted as if none of what we talked about was actually talked about. He left our appliances out in the garage, offered to come back later when he "could". With the bad taste from the unprofessionalism I declined. A great delivery service is a must for a great appliance store, and Nino's current situation there is not it.
